1.1 This VB Kaffee Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out how VB Kaffee e.U., whose registered offices are at Schweibern 5b, 4893 Oberhofen am Irrsee, Austria (hereinafter “VB Kaffee”, "we", "us", "our") collect and process personal information about you when you visit our website ("Website") or visit our roastery.

1.3 If we change anything important about this Policy (the information we collect, how we use it or why we use it) we will highlight those changes at the top of the Policy and provide a prominent link to it for 30 days following the change and prior to the change taking effect.

2.2 If you purchase any goods on our Website, we will also collect your delivery address, billing address and payment information. Please note that we will not be storing your payment information, this will be done via a third-party payments company.

2.3 If you visit our roastery, we may also collect information about your preferences associated with your visit, such as your visit preferences.

2.4 If you subscribe to receive one of our newsletters or receive other forms of direct communications from us, then you may provide us with your name, email address, date of birth and interests.

2.5 Information we collect automatically. When you visit our Website, use our Apps, we may automatically collect the following information: your IP address, browser type and version, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, information about your visit including the URL clickstream to, through and from our Website, your advertising ID (if this is supported by your device such as an Apple product or Google product), products you viewed or searched for, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interactions, media download for offline access, screen resolution, device processing power and memory, playback errors and buffering issues.
